The AI works in the background even when you are not logged in, continuously indexing new jobs and enriching company data.Dutch market focus — Recruitier is purpose-built for the Dutch recruitment market. It sources jobs from Dutch job boards, understands Dutch company structures (including BTW numbers and ZZP’er workflows), and supports both Dutch and English interfaces.Unified platform — Instead of using separate tools for job search, candidate management, client discovery, and outreach, Recruitier combines everything into one platform. Yes. Recruitier implements multiple layers of security:
  • Encryption — All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Authentication — JWT tokens (HS256 algorithm, ~2-day expiry) with password hashing via bcrypt and token revocation through database + Redis cache
  • Payment security — All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Recruitier never stores your credit card information.
  • Infrastructure — The platform runs on AWS (Amazon Web Services) with managed databases, automated backups, and infrastructure monitoring
  • Access control — Role-based permissions for agency teams (Admin, Admin Member, Member) ensure that team members can only access authorized data
  • Email integration — When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, Recruitier uses OAuth2 and only requests the minimum permissions needed to send emails on your behalf. It does not read your inbox or access your contacts.
  • Signature sanitization — Imported email signatures are processed through DOMPurify to remove any potentially malicious HTML
Your candidate data, client information, and business records are treated as confidential and are never shared with third parties.

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, as it receives the most thorough testing. Internet Explorer is not supported. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version for optimal performance and security.Recruitier’s real-time notification system (SSE) works in all supported browsers. Some older browser versions may have issues with the persistent SSE connection — if you experience notification delays, updating your browser usually resolves the issue.
Recruitier is designed as a desktop-first web application. The interface is optimized for laptop and desktop screens where recruiters typically work.While the platform may be accessible on tablets and mobile devices through your browser, the experience is best on screens with a resolution of 1280 pixels or wider. Features like the agency dashboard, job search results, Kanban pipeline, and outreach composer are designed for desktop workflows with mouse and keyboard.There is no dedicated mobile app at this time. If you need to check notifications or review results on the go, the web interface is accessible from any mobile browser, but detailed work (composing outreach, reviewing matches, managing pipeline) is best done on a desktop.

Currently, Recruitier supports the following import methods:
  • CV uploads — Upload candidate CVs in PDF or Word (DOC/DOCX) format. Recruitier’s AI extracts skills, experience, education, and preferences automatically.
  • LinkedIn imports — Import candidate profiles from LinkedIn to create structured profiles in Recruitier.
Bulk data import from other recruitment tools (ATS systems, CRMs, spreadsheets) is not yet available as a self-service feature. If you have a large dataset you need to migrate, contact our support team to discuss custom import options.We are actively working on expanding import capabilities. Check back for updates or contact support to discuss your specific needs.
Recruitier is primarily designed for the Dutch recruitment market. Its job sources, company database, and default settings are optimized for the Netherlands.That said, some features work internationally:
  • Job searches can include results from international job boards
  • Company discovery may include companies outside the Netherlands if they have a Dutch presence or are registered in the database
  • Outreach features work with any email address or LinkedIn profile regardless of location
If you recruit primarily in the Netherlands but occasionally work with international opportunities, Recruitier handles that well. However, if your primary market is outside the Netherlands, the platform may not be the best fit, as the data sources and company enrichment are focused on the Dutch market.
Recruitier is updated continuously. New features, improvements, and bug fixes are deployed regularly — often multiple times per week. Updates are applied automatically and do not require any action on your part.Major feature releases are communicated through in-app notifications and email announcements. Minor improvements and bug fixes are deployed silently to avoid disrupting your workflow. The platform uses rolling updates, so you experience zero downtime during deployments.If you have feature requests or suggestions, contact support at support@recruitier.com. User feedback directly influences our development roadmap.
When you cancel your subscription:
  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the period ends, your account enters a limited state
  • Your data is retained for a grace period — candidates, searches, jobs, companies, outreach history, and notes are not deleted
  • If you reactivate within the retention window, all your data is restored

Yes. Recruitier offers a 14-day free trial with no commitment:
  • Days 1-7: Full access, 30 starter credits, no credit card required
  • Days 8-14: Credit card required but you are not charged
  • Day 15: Paid subscription begins (cancel anytime before this to avoid charges)
  • Tour bonus: Complete the guided tour to earn 10 additional one-time credits
The trial timer starts at email verification, not registration, so you do not lose trial days while waiting for the verification email. During the trial, you have access to the complete feature set of your selected plan.
