Why do credits refresh monthly even on quarterly/yearly plans?
Why do credits refresh monthly even on quarterly/yearly plans?
Credit refreshes happen on a monthly cycle regardless of your billing frequency.
This means:
- Quarterly plan: You are billed once per quarter, but credits refresh every month
- Yearly plan: You are billed once per year, but credits refresh every month
What is the monthly message limit?
What is the monthly message limit?
Paid users have a monthly limit of 2,000 AI-generated messages per user (per seat
for agency plans). This is separate from the credit balance. The message limit prevents excessive automated messaging while still providing ample
capacity for normal recruitment workflows. For context, 2,000 messages per month
means approximately 100 messages per working day — far more than most recruiters need. The message limit resets monthly, independent of your billing frequency.
