Yes. Recruitier offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. The trial is split into two phases:
  • Days 1-7 (Phase 1): Full access to all features. 30 starter credits. No credit card required. Your trial starts at email verification, not registration.
  • Days 8-14 (Phase 2): To continue the trial, you need to add a credit card. You are still not charged — the card is verified but no payment is taken.
  • Day 15+: Your paid subscription begins automatically based on the plan you selected during signup.
Bonus: Complete the guided tour during your trial to earn 10 additional one-time credits (total of 40 credits during trial).Trial credits do not refresh during the trial period. Only paid plans receive monthly credit refreshes. If you decide not to continue, simply do not add a credit card (the trial ends after day 7) or cancel before day 15. Your card will not be charged if you cancel within the trial period. If you select a paid plan during registration, email verification is skipped automatically and you can start using the platform immediately.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time:Upgrading (e.g., Monthly to Yearly, or Pro to Agency):
  • Takes effect immediately
  • You receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan
  • The credit is applied to the cost of the new plan
  • Stripe calculates the exact prorated amount automatically
Downgrading (e.g., Yearly to Monthly, or Agency to Pro):
  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You continue at your current plan until the period ends
  • The new (lower) plan starts at the beginning of the next period
  • For Agency to Pro downgrades, remove team members’ seats first
To change plans, navigate to the Subscription page and select the plan you want to switch to. Stripe handles all prorating and billing adjustments automatically.

Agency Plans5,000/seat/month
What does not use credits:
  • Viewing and managing existing data
  • Editing candidate profiles, adding notes, updating tags
  • Updating project and pipeline statuses
  • Browsing saved searches and results
Credits reset monthly regardless of billing frequency. Unused credits do not carry over. Paid users also have a separate monthly limit of 2,000 AI-generated messages. If you run out of credits, AI-powered features pause until credits refresh. Your existing data remains fully accessible and manual actions continue normally. For agency plans, each seat has its own independent credit allocation. Credits are not shared or transferable between team members.
When you cancel your subscription:During the remaining period: Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. All features remain available and you can continue using the platform normally. After the period ends:
  • You lose access to paid features (AI search, matching, outreach)
  • Your account enters a limited state
  • Your data is retained for a grace period — candidates, searches, jobs, companies, and outreach history are not deleted
  • For agency plans, team members lose access
If you come back: You can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you reactivate within the data retention window, all your data is restored. You pick up right where you left off with a fresh credit allocation. To cancel, go to the Subscription page and click Cancel Subscription. You can also undo a pending cancellation before the period ends if you change your mind.
Yes. Stripe generates an invoice for every billing cycle. You receive an email receipt when payment is processed, and you can download PDF invoices from the Stripe customer portal (accessible via the Subscription page). Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan type and billing period
  • Amount charged (including any prorated adjustments)
  • Your BTW number (if entered in Account Settings)
  • Seat count (for agency plans)
Invoices are generated automatically. If you need a specific format or additional details for your accounting, contact support.Tip: Enter your BTW number in Account Settings before the next billing cycle to have it appear on future invoices. Previously generated invoices cannot be retroactively updated.
Refund policies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Common scenarios:
  • Accidental subscription renewal: If your subscription renewed and you intended to cancel, contact us within a few days of the charge. We can typically issue a refund.
  • Service issues: If you experienced significant service problems that prevented you from using the platform, contact support to discuss a refund or credit.
  • Mid-period cancellation: Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Partial-period refunds are generally not provided since you retain access until the period ends.
To request a refund, email support@recruitier.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request.
If you have a promotional code, you can apply it during checkout or from your subscription settings:
  • Promo codes are case-insensitive (“PROMO2024” and “promo2024” work the same)
  • They are validated through Stripe in real time
  • Codes may have expiration dates — apply before they expire
  • Codes may have maximum redemption limits — once the limit is reached, the code becomes invalid
  • Some codes apply only to specific plans
Enter your promo code in the designated field during plan selection or in the Subscription page. The discount is applied immediately upon validation.
Credit refreshes happen on a monthly cycle regardless of your billing frequency. This means:
  • Quarterly plan: You are billed once per quarter, but credits refresh every month
  • Yearly plan: You are billed once per year, but credits refresh every month
This design prevents the situation where yearly users would receive a massive one-time allocation and potentially exhaust it early. Monthly refreshes ensure a consistent, predictable supply of credits throughout the year. The exact refresh date corresponds to your subscription start date (e.g., if you started on the 15th, credits refresh on the 15th of each month).
Paid users have a monthly limit of 2,000 AI-generated messages per user (per seat for agency plans). This is separate from the credit balance. The message limit prevents excessive automated messaging while still providing ample capacity for normal recruitment workflows. For context, 2,000 messages per month means approximately 100 messages per working day — far more than most recruiters need. The message limit resets monthly, independent of your billing frequency.
