# Plans & Pricing
> Compare Recruitier plans, pricing tiers, and credit allocations to find the right fit for your recruitment business.
## Overview
Recruitier offers flexible pricing plans designed for recruitment professionals at every
stage -- from independent recruiters to full-service agencies. All plans include the
complete set of recruitment features. The difference is in billing frequency, cost per
month, credit allocation, and whether you need team collaboration features.
## Available Plans
### Free Trial
Every new account starts with a **14-day free trial** that includes:
* Full access to all features (same as the plan you select)
* **100 starter credits** (granted at email verification)
* **10 bonus credits** for completing the guided tour (one-time)
* No credit card required for days 1-7 (Phase 1)
* Credit card required for days 8-14 (Phase 2, not charged)
* Trial credits do not refresh during the trial period
Your trial timer starts at **email verification**, not at registration. This means you
do not lose trial days while waiting for the verification email to arrive.
### Pro Plans (Individual Recruiters)
Pro plans are designed for individual recruiters or small teams. They include full
access to all recruitment features: AI job search, candidate matching, client
discovery, outreach automation, and project management. Each Pro plan includes
**1,500 credits per billing period**.

The yearly plan saves you EUR 276 per year compared to the monthly plan (a 29%
discount). If you plan to use Recruitier for more than a few months, the yearly plan
offers significant savings.
### Agency Plans (Teams)
Agency plans include everything in the Pro plans, plus team collaboration features:
agency dashboard, member management, shared resources, team analytics, and seat-based
access control. Each seat includes **5,000 credits per billing period**.

### Enterprise
For large recruitment firms with specific needs, Recruitier offers a custom
**Enterprise** plan. Enterprise includes:
* Custom seat pricing based on volume
* Dedicated account management
* Priority support
* Custom integrations and onboarding
* Service-level agreements (SLAs)

## Credit Allocations by Plan
Credits are used for retrieving contact persons. Job searches are free on all plans.
On the free tier, generating messages also costs 1 credit each. Here is the credit
allocation for each plan tier:

Credits refresh monthly regardless of your billing frequency. Whether you pay monthly,
quarterly, or yearly, your credits are replenished at the start of each monthly cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
## What Is Included in Every Plan
All paid plans (Pro and Agency) include the complete Recruitier feature set:
Create smart searches across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sources. AI classifies
results by match quality. All job searches are free.
Upload CVs, extract skills with AI, manage profiles, and track preferences
including location radius and salary expectations.
Automatic matching of candidates to jobs based on skills (45%), title (35%),
and experience (20%). Real-time notifications when matches are ready.
Search thousands of Dutch companies by industry, location, size, technology
stack, and hiring activity. Staffing agencies automatically excluded.
Multi-step outreach flows via email and LinkedIn with AI-generated personalized
messages. Each message generation costs 1 credit.
Automatic discovery of decision maker contact details, phone numbers, and email
addresses from multiple sources.
Organize your work into projects with linked searches, status tracking, and
notes.
Tag and categorize jobs, companies, and candidates for efficient filtering and
retrieval. Tags support expiration dates.
**Agency plans** add the following team features on top:
* Agency dashboard with KPIs, charts, and member leaderboard
* Team member management and invitation system
* Seat-based access control with roles (Admin, Admin Member, Member)
* Shared tones of voice, pitch decks, and outreach flows
* Member analytics and activity tracking
* Agency-wide project visibility

## How to Choose the Right Plan
### Choose Pro if:
* You are an independent recruiter or ZZP'er
* You work alone or do not need team collaboration features
* You want all recruitment features at the lowest possible price
* 1,500 credits per month is sufficient for your search volume
### Choose Agency if:
* You manage a team of two or more recruiters
* You need shared resources and brand consistency across your team
* You want visibility into team performance and analytics
* You need centralized seat and access management
* Your team members each need 5,000 credits per month
### Choose Enterprise if:
* You have a large team (10+ recruiters)
* You need custom pricing, integrations, or SLAs
* You require dedicated account management
* You have specific compliance or security requirements
## Trial Period Details
Recruitier's **14-day free trial** is structured in two phases:

| **Post-trial** | Day 15+ | Paid subscription begins | Plan credits, monthly refresh |
If you do not add a credit card by day 8, your access is paused until you do. The
trial timer continues running regardless. Cancel before day 15 to avoid any charges.
### Pay Immediately Option
When the credit card prompt appears on day 8, you have two choices:
1. **Continue free trial (default)**: Add your card and enjoy 7 more free days. Billing
starts on day 15 and your plan credits (1,500 for Pro, 5,000 per seat for Agency)
are granted at that time.
2. **Pay immediately**: Toggle the "Pay immediately" option to skip the remaining trial
and activate your paid subscription right away. Your card is charged immediately and
you receive your full plan credits instantly. This is useful if you need more than
the 100 trial credits and want to start using the platform at full capacity without
waiting.
If you are running low on trial credits and need to perform more searches or lookups,
the "Pay immediately" option lets you unlock your full 1,500 (Pro) or 5,000 (Agency)
credits without waiting until day 15.
## Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, you can apply it during checkout or subscription management.
Promo codes:
* Are validated through Stripe for security
* Are case-insensitive (PROMO2024 and promo2024 work the same)
* May have expiration dates or maximum redemption limits
* Apply discounts to your subscription as specified in the code terms
Enter your promo code in the designated field during plan selection or on the
**Subscription** page.
